Cancellation Policy for Makeup & Hair Wig Installation Services

Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final service total.
Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any additional charges.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. This is in addition to the non-refundable deposit.

Rescheduling:

We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. You can reschedule your appointment once, free of charge, if done more than 24 hours before the appointment time.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of $15.

No-shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals: Clients are expected to arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we might not be able to accommodate the service, and it will be treated as a no-show.
Emergency Situations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential waiving of cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
Payment: Any fees or charges from cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling will be deducted from the card on file or will be due before your next service.
